About the Role
GSD Staffing is hiring an experienced Project Engineer – Level II to support a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving multiple client environments.

This role is idóneo for an experienced infrastructure professional who can independently manage and deliver IT projects across networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, Microsoft 365, and other infrastructure technologies.

What You'll Do

Deliver infrastructure projects independently or as part of a technical team.

Support projects across multiple client environments.

Review and validate project scope and requirements.

Implement and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions.

Assist with complex technical issues and escalations.

Maintain project documentation and status updates.

Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to other technical teams.

Support infrastructure, cloud, networking, Microsoft 365, and automation projects.

Requirements

5+ years of infrastructure IT, systems administration, or related experience.

3+ years of experience delivering infrastructure projects.

Experience working across multiple infrastructure technologies.

MSP or multi-client environment experience preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.





Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and client-service mindset.

Technical Skills
Experience with several of the following:

TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, wireless networking

Firewalls such as Meraki, SonicWall, or Cisco ASA

Windows Server and Hyper-V

Microsoft 365

Azure and/or AWS

Active Directory and Azure Entra ID

Google Workspace

SAN/NAS

Windows and Mac environments

VoIP systems

Cloud migrations

Preferred Skills
Experience with PowerShell, Python, automation, Microsoft Intune, Power Automate, RMM platforms, endpoint security, MFA, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Autotask, ConnectWise, or IT Glue is a plus.

Candidates must have:

Reliable computer/laptop capable of supporting the role.

Stable, high-speed internet.

Professional and secure remote workspace.

Ability to work with US-based teams and clients.

Flexibility to adjust working hours based on client and project requirements.

Background Check
Selected candidates must complete a background check and provide a valid police clearance or equivalent official criminal-record clearance from their respective country/location before final employment.
