We are hiring Accounts Payable & Tax Analyst

Reporting to Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice review, validation, registration, and payment follow-up.
- Prepare and monitor payments to suppliers.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax requirements.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax obligations.




- Assist with monthly tax calculations and reconciliations.
- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
- Support the preparation of information required for internal and external audits.
- Follow up on tax and accounting documentation with suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor compliance with Mexican tax regulations and identify potential discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and provide financial information as required by management.
- Support other accounting activities and special projects as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, and/or tax activities.
- Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and accounting practices.
- Experience reviewing invoices and tax documentation.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP R/3)
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
