ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a family-owned US food manufacturer. They are now building their own commercial team in Mexico. These are the first field sales positions in the country: two in Mexico City, one in

Monterrey.

THE ROLE

You will own your territory end to end — the accounts, the distributors

and the number.

· Open and grow accounts with restaurant chains, independent operators,

pizzerias and Italian concepts in your plaza

· Build and manage the distributor network that carries the product,

including forecast and sell-through by distributor

· Run product demonstrations and side-by-side cook-offs directly with

chefs, kitchen managers and owners — this is where the sale is won

· Carry and deliver a revenue growth target for your territory

· Report directly into the US organization, working day to day in English

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years selling into the foodservice channel — restaurants,

chains, hotels, pizzerias or institutional operators — whether from a

manufacturer, a distributor or a supplier. This is indispensable;

applications without demonstrable foodservice experience will not move

forward.





· 3–6 years total in B2B sales

· Working proficiency in spoken and written English (indispensable: your

manager and your team are based in the United States)

· Valid US visa (indispensable: the role includes travel to the company's

facility in California)

· Valid driver's license and own vehicle

· Comfort in the field and in kitchens, this is not a desk role

· A culinary or gastronomy background is a strong advantage

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

· Base salary of USD $36,000 per year (approx. MXN $51,500 per month),

· Car allowance of USD $675 per month (approx. MXN $11,600)

· Christmas bonus of one full month

· Premium medical package, fully covered by the company

· Variable compensation: volume-based bonus plus a growth bonus

· All Mexican statutory benefits (IMSS, vacaciones, prima vacacional)

· A genuine ground-floor position: you would be part of the first

commercial team the company has had in Mexico, with direct visibility

to US leadership
