Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in tax administration? S. tax operations while working remotely from anywhere in Mexico.

✨ Organize and maintain tax documents and client records.
Follow up with clients regarding missing information and tax documentation.
Track tax return statuses and pending items.
✅ Support tax preparers with administrative and operational tasks.
⏰ C2 English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in Tax Administration, Tax Support, or similar roles.
Experience working with a CPA firm, accounting firm, or tax preparation company.
S. tax processes and documentation.
Experience with TaxDome and/or Drake Software .
Background supporting tax professionals and client-facing operations.
