Supply Chain Manager | Toluca, Estado de México

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading company in the manufacturing sector, based in Toluca, Estado de México.

The role will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, including logistics planning, materials management, inventory optimization, transportation and warehouse performance, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, service levels and plant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage logistics planning and ensure production schedules are aligned with the availability of raw materials and components
- Define material planning requirements based on production plans and Bill of Materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce obsolete and off specification materials
- Define and optimize transportation, distribution and packaging processes
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities and monitor operational KPIs
- Ensure the accuracy of SAP master data required for production and supplier scheduling
- Manage BOM accuracy, data maintenance and parameters




- Identify opportunities for logistics cost savings and continuous improvement
- Manage logistics and customer service budgets and establish monthly performance KPIs
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other operational teams
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, environmental and waste management regulations
- Optimize packaging solutions to ensure product quality and integrity while reducing waste and scrap

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in Manufacturing and/or Logistics roles
- Strong knowledge of logistics, production flows and material planning
- Knowledge of raw materials and parts identification
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs into strategic actions
- English level: minimum intermediate to advanced
- International professional experience is considered an advantage
