About Us
Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world's most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and paid advertising channels.
To date, we've driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries.
Where we stand apart from a sector increasingly dominated by volume promises and short-term tactics, is our belief that an agency partner develops B2B growth through long-term consistency – not in 5-step packages or false guarantees. We do not sell lead quotas, growth hacks, or templated playbooks. We build credible go-to-market engines designed to withstand scrutiny from founders, sales teams, and investors. We fundamentally believe in creating sustainable, compounding results over the long-term.
Today, we're partnered with the world's most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organizations, and leading technology companies, and are continuously recognized by the leading industry bodies: Forbes, The Drum, Campaign, Adweek, BIMA and more. We're known for world-class marketing ideas and execution.
Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts, known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels. To join this elite team, we now seek a Motion Designer – a specialist who will bring our clients’ GTM programs to life through motion, video, and animation.
The Role
This is a motion-first design role. While you will have a foundation in static design, the vast majority of your deliverables – approximately 80% – will be spent on motion and video work. This is not a generalist design role with occasional animation; it is a dedicated motion position for someone whose primary craft is creating short and long-form video content for our B2B clients.
You will produce a wide range of motion and video content for B2B SaaS clients: short-form LinkedIn advertising videos (typically 15–30 seconds), longer-form LinkedIn video content (60 seconds and beyond), product demo videos, animated social content, footage editing and motion-led illustration. You will work closely with our other designers, content writers, and GTM specialists to ensure every piece of motion content serves a clear commercial purpose and lands with impact across the channels it’s built for.
This role spans the full motion spectrum – from concept and storyboard through to edit, animation, and final delivery. You will be comfortable working with raw footage, motion graphics, digital-illustration-led animation, and screen capture, shaping each into polished, platform-ready content. Combined with audio and voiceovers on some projects. You will use AI tools thoughtfully where they add genuine creative or production value, without compromising quality or originality.
In return,
you will work on some of the most sophisticated B2B SaaS GTM campaigns in the market today, producing motion content that defines how category-leading technology brands show up on video.
Location and Working Pattern
- Fully remote role, you'll be working from home - must be based in Mexico City
- You're typical working day will be 9am - 5:30pm (CST) this works in line with our US client's time zones
- You'll also collaborate regularly with Bordeaux & Burgundy colleagues working Eastern Time (ET) and UK time (BST/GMT), so some flexibility across your working day should be expected
- Core overlap hours will be confirmed at offer stage
Before You Apply
We respect your time. And once you join us, you'll learn that we operate transparently and value getting to the point efficiently. As such…
This role is not for you, if any of these ring true:
- You are not based in Mexico City
- Motion design is a secondary skill rather than your primary discipline
- Your portfolio is predominantly static design – we need to see strong, varied motion work for a B2B purpose
- You have not produced short-form video content (sub-30 seconds) designed for performance marketing / advertising
- You are uncomfortable working with tight timelines, iterating quickly, and producing a high volume of work for a single client account
- You find fast-paced agency environments stressful rather than motivating
- Your written and spoken English is below a strong professional working proficiency (see 'What You'll Bring')
We are being deliberately transparent and upfront. The care we take of our team is of utmost importance to us, and every new member is held to the same high standards we expect of one another.
Working at Bordeaux & Burgundy
Honesty, integrity, logic and humor. If you value these in your workplace, you’ll fit in perfectly.
We take marketing very seriously – and the quality of service our clients receive, even more so. But we don’t take ourselves seriously. You’ll find no egos here.
Every teammate will help you solve challenges, respond quickly, treat you with respect, and support your professional growth. Our average employee tenure is 2.8 years and, as a four-year-old company, we’re proud of that. People stay because they own the work, share in long-term success, and are part of a genuinely game-changing professional experience.

- Deliver assets in the correct formats and specifications for each platform

- 3+ years' experience in a motion design role (freelance, agency, studio, or in-house)

A certificate isn't mandatory, but if you hold one (e.g. EF SET, Cambridge English B2 First/C1 Advanced, IELTS, TOEFL), please include it — proficiency will also be assessed on the screening call
