We're looking for our next Director of Maintenance — Punta Brava Golf & Surf Club

What you'll be doing:
Leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the club
Designing preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every asset
Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships
Training, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical team
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards

We'd love to meet you if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master's is a plus




7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubs
Solid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
Fluency in English and Spanish
