We are hiring Accounts Payable & Tax Analyst
Reporting to Finance Manager

Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice review, validation, registration, and payment follow-up.
Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax requirements.
Support the preparation and filing of tax obligations.
Assist with monthly tax calculations and reconciliations.




Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
Support the preparation of information required for internal and external audits.
Follow up on tax and accounting documentation with suppliers and internal departments.
Monitor compliance with Mexican tax regulations and identify potential discrepancies.
Support other accounting activities and special projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
~2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, and/or tax activities.
~ Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and accounting practices.
~ Experience reviewing invoices and tax documentation.
~ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
~ Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP R/3)
