Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role
~ Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
~ Excellent written English and clear, professional communication
~ Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms
