Lead and participate in design, development, testing, documentation, and data analysis activities.

Build and maintain scalable, high‑quality software systems with strong focus on automation and reliability.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Support Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Manage stand‑ups, Jira processes, team updates, and stakeholder communication to clarify requirements and guide junior engineers.

Provide on‑call support during working hours and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

8+ years of hands‑on software development experience, including system design, architecture, and enterprise‑level applications.

Software Development Languages: Proficiency in Java (required), React or Python (very nice to have)

Frameworks: Spring Boot

Messaging: Kafka, SQS

Strong English speaking skills for guiding and problem‑solving within the team.
