We’re hiring: Assistant Manager | Hengst Filtration México

We are looking for a strong and hands‑on Assistant Manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Actual León.

This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and Key responsibilities include:

Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations. Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results. Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance. Lead problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5 S, standardization, and operational excellence. Support customer requirements and on‑time delivery performance Develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance‑driven culture Support audits and internal/external compliance activities Act as the Plant Manager’s key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations,



or related field Fluent English – mandatory Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry Leadership experience in a plant or production environment Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, continuous improvement, and quality systems Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and growing organization
