Position Title: Intake Specialist Start Date: October 1, 2026 Office Location: MEXICO - CHIHUAHUA Working Days: Monday to Friday English Level Required: C1 Job Description The Role Responsible for answering all calls with professional courtesy and empathy, documenting and resolving inquiries. Provide excellent client service and demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail while retaining and documenting required information from clients and providers. Key Responsibilities Intake & Client Services Conduct consultations for potential cases from new clients who contact the firm through phone calls and online inquiries. Demonstrate empathy and efficiency throughout the intake process. Sign up new clients electronically over the phone. Provide solutions and answers to clients who have questions or concerns. Assist potential new clients in scheduling their initial clinic appointments for treatment. Case Intake & Documentation Review new inquiry calls and emails from clients, law firms, lead companies, and clinics. Ensure all legal documents are properly processed, signed,



and filed. Perform data entry by reviewing questionnaires and documentation related to each case. Process legal documentation as required. Client Support & Coordination Meet with walk-in clients when needed. Communicate with firms to which clients are referred. Collaborate with other departments to support client cases. Connect existing clients with their legal teams and provide timely solutions for client concerns. Assist upset clients while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Administrative Support Ensure phone calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers are directed to the appropriate paralegals and attorneys. Protect client information and maintain confidentiality and privacy standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Experience Customer service or call center background needed. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
