TCS is looking for a D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Job summary Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer. Responsible for the co-ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path. Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram. Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations,
