Salary: $28,000 to $32,000 MXN gross monthly

We are a manufacturing and distribution company specializing in fluid transfer and control products, including valves, hose couplings, fittings, and related industrial solutions. Our products serve a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, chemical processing, food and beverage, construction, mining, and transportation.

Position Overview

Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of import and export shipments, from quotation through final delivery, ensuring proper management of documentation, transportation, and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate LCL, FCL, and LTL shipments from quotation through final delivery.

Review BOLs, letters of instruction, and all required shipping documentation.





Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers for service contracting.

Coordinate with customs brokers for the clearance of merchandise.

Manage Certificates of Origin.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the import/export process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.

3 to 4 years of experience as an Import Analyst or Import/Export Analyst.

Advanced English proficiency.

Valid U.S. visa and Mexican passport.

General knowledge of Mexican Customs Law.

Experience with imports and Certificates of Origin.

English proficiency of at least 70%.

Experience using ERP systems.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills.

Good computer skills.
