About the Role:
As a
Delivery Leader
, you will be the
digital transformation champion
. This role is pivotal in
driving innovation
, implementing advanced technologies, and ensuring alignment with Carrier's integral digital strategy. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and integrate digital solutions into core processes
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Digital Transformation:
Execute the site's digital roadmap, delivering impactful initiatives that improve productivity and quality.

Drive Innovation:
Identify and implement emerging technologies to optimize operations and enable smart solutions.
·
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the liaison between local operations and global DT/IT teams to ensure seamless alignment.
·
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data integrity, and global standards.
·
Change Management:
Promote digital adoption through training and cultural change initiatives.
·
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:

7+ years
in similar roles such as
Digital Transformation Lead, IT Site Manager
, preferably in an industrial environment.




Skills required:
· Strong knowledge of
digital manufacturing technologies
(IoT, automation, analytics).
· Experience in
program/project management
and
IT governance
.
· Familiarity with
cybersecurity standards
and compliance frameworks.
· Proficiency in
data analysis and KPI tracking tools
.

Ability to inspire teams and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Align site initiatives with global objectives.
