The Lead Representative maintains company standards concerning quality and quantity of work to ensure maximum sales effectiveness and standards of efficient, accurate and courteous service.
What you'll do
Supervises, organizes and motivates employees engaged in telephone sales activities
Performs supervisory and administrative functions at the direction of the reservations coordinator, and manager
Determines and communicates operational needs to the reservations coordinator
Issues written and oral instructions
Responsible for weekly and daily scheduling and manpower utilization
Coordinates new hire training along with instructor
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Has a minimum of one year experience in reservations
High school diploma
Demonstrates good working knowledge of sabre and/or aacorn
Very good attendance record is required
Must be able to lead and motivate employees in working as a team
Must be decisive and able to work under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong administrative and analytical skills, as well as ability to work in group towards common goals set by manager




Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
