We are looking for a Senior FP&A; Analyst with strong data analytics capabilities to support financial planning and drive data-informed decision-making. This role is primarily focused on FP&A; responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while leveraging data tools and analytics to enhance reporting, improve efficiency, and generate business insights.
The idóneo candidate has a solid finance background and is comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business drivers
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Support month-end close analysis and performance reporting
Data Analysis & Reporting
Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems and other sources
Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational reports
Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
Act as a key contributor in data-driven decision-making processes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A; or Financial Analysis roles




Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills (required)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools
Experience in multinational or US-based companies
Exposure to reporting automation or process improvement initiatives

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
