This is an on-site role based in Tlalnepantla. To be considered, candidates must be located in Mexico and be Mexican citizens.
Role summary:
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, driving digital transformation across manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations. This role combines program leadership, change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful adoption, operational continuity, and long-term business value.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage project charter, scope, timeline, budget, and risk framework for ERP implementation.
Establish governance structures including Steering Committee, functional leads, and vendor coordination.
Lead full ERP lifecycle: AS-IS analysis, TO-BE design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
Oversee integration of ERP across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and HR processes.




Manage complex data migration from legacy systems ensuring data quality, traceability, and integrity.
Plan and execute UAT, system testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Drive organizational change management, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor KPIs including progress, risks, budget, and system adoption metrics.
Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and provide executive-level reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify, escalate, and resolve critical risks impacting scope, timeline, or cost.
Ensure documentation of system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
Requirements – Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
Minimum 4+ years leading ERP implementations.
Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementations.
Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution
