Description
As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by applying your technical expertise to improve processes, ensure quality, and enhance productivity. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you'll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes, contributing to the successful delivery of products that meet Honeywell's high standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Support manufacturing processes by performing technical tasks and troubleshooting equipment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure product quality
Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to build a skilled workforce




Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities and process changes
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Extensive experience in manufacturing environments with a strong technical background
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment and process issues
Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety standards
Experience with manufacturing tools, equipment, and software relevant to the role
WE VALUE
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production technician roles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
