1. Import & Customs Operations
Manage the import process from PO placement through warehouse receipt, including document approval, shipment follow-up with freight forwarders, and customs clearance processes.
Conduct monthly performance review meetings with customs brokers to review SLAs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Coordinate local logistics and inland transportation suppliers.
Conduct stock taking activities and identify/reduce inventory variances.
Conduct monthly performance review meetings with warehouse service providers to review SLAs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
Manage and control demonstration equipment.
3. Financial Control & Cost Management
Review and approve supplier invoices and billing.




Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Control and improve logistics costs and validate operational expenses.
4. Team Management
Coordinate and develop the logistics team.
Ensure clear communication and a collaborative work environment.
Promote training and professional development.
Required Profile
Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Advanced SAP S/4HANA experience.
Advanced English skills.
Results-oriented mindset, structured thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
Experience
5+ years of logistics experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
