1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
Experience managing social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.




Strong understanding of short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and social-first creative formats.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Ability to analyze campaign and content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM fundamentals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work in person from Mexico City.
