Garantizar una ejecución impecable de la visibilidad en punto de venta del país, eventos y la ejecución de lanzamientos de innovación, coordinando equipos internos y externos para aterrizar las estrategias en acciones concretas que impulsen venta y

de marca.
Responsabilidades clave
A.
Visibilidad
en
Punto de Venta y
Eventos
Liderar el
calendario
anual
de
visibilidad
(BTL,
exhibiciones
,
materiales
POP) a
nivel
nacional
.
Asegurar
el
diseño
,
entrega
e
implementación
de
exhibiciones
,
muebles
, cabeceras,
islas
, etc.,
alineadas
a
prioridades
de
marca
y canales.
Coordinar
con
ventas
, trade,
agencias
y
proveedores
la
producción
,
logística
e
instalación
de
materiales
en
PDV & Ferias etc.
Hacer
seguimiento
a la
correcta
ejecución
en
campo y bodega (checklists,
fotos
,
auditorías
,
reportes
).
Medir
resultados
de las
iniciativas
de
visibilidad
(sell-out, share of shelf,
rotación
,
cumplimiento
).
Además
del control del
presupuesto
asignado
.

Ejecución
de
Innovaciones
Deployment integral
en
los




distintos
canales de la
ejecución
sugerida
de la
innovación
(Plan
promocional
,
visibilidad
,
precios
,
incentivos
, y hasta de
comunicación
)
Gestionar
el
cronograma
end-to-end de
cada
lanzamiento
(
artes
,
materiales
,
aprobaciones
,
producción
,
despliegue
).
Asegurar
que
las
innovaciones
lleguen
al
congelador
con la
visibilidad
correcta
(layouts,
exhibiciones
,
materiales
de
apoyo
).
Coordinar
con supply, marketing,
finanzas
y
ventas
para
minimizar
riesgos
(
retrasos
,
sobrecostos
,
quiebres
).
Planificación
de concursos
anuales
para
los
equipos
de
ventas
por
el deployment de la
innovación
Follow up a las
dinámicas
promocionales
&
visibilidad
&
precios
en
su
fase
de
kick off
Dar "
post-mortem
" de cada lanzamiento: qué funcionó, qué no, y qué se mejora para el siguiente.

:
Gestión de proyectos: manejo de cronogramas, rutas críticas, riesgos, dependencias.
Enfoque comercial /
trade
: entiende dinámica de canales, PDV y
shopper
.
Capacidad de coordinación e influencia: alinear marketing, ventas, agencias y proveedores
Orientación a ejecución: foco en "hacer que suceda"
.
Pensamiento analítico: leer datos de
sell-out
, share, cumplimiento de exhibiciones, etc.
Orden y estructura: documentación, tableros,
status
claros y simples.
Comunicación clara: sabe "vender" internamente los proyectos y reportar avances/alertas.
Manejo de herramientas: Excel/Sheets avanzado, PowerPoint, BI

EXPERIENCIAS Y CALIFICACIONES:

Formación universitaria en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Negocios o afines.
3–5 años de experiencia en
trade
marketing, CSP,
shopper
, ejecución comercial, innovación o roles afines.




Experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos multidisciplinarios, idealmente en consumo masivo /
retail
.
Deseable: experiencia previa manejando proveedores de materiales POP y/o agencias BTL.
Deseable: conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos comerciales (Nielsen,
retailer
data, BI, etc.).
Idioma:
Español
nativo; inglés intermedio.
