Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Sending invoices to clients via email and portal platforms
Following up on billing issues, including resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing
Accounting record of supplier invoices (including customs broker entries, fees, and expenses)
Reviewing trial balances, monitoring investments,
and generating fixed asset and inventory reports
Handling tax requirements and managing document vaults
General support to the controlling area in various activities
Requirements:
Active student of Public Accounting (evening classes)
At least one year away from graduation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Intermediate English
