This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Saltillo, Coahuila, México.
Summary (About this Position):
Electrical Technician performing test in our Validation Test Laboratory.
Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):
Participate in troubleshooting
Implement continuous improvement projects
Maintain system documentation
Perform standard engineering test measurements according to standards.
Prepare test samples according to methods and/or standards.
Record test data
Maintain housekeeping/safety standards
Prepare and analyze test reports documenting the sample preparation, test methods, equipment, and conditions.
Test samples disposal as required.
Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts
Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)




Results-orientation and execution characteristics
Analytical thinking
Knowledge using bench test equipment (DMMs, Calipers, Micro ohmmeter, power supplies, DAQ, etc.)
Intermediate level of English (reading and writing).
Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves):
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronic engineering or similar
Experience in electrical measurements in a Laboratory environment
1+ years' experience in automotive industry validation laboratory environment
Familiarity with Automotive Products Validation Process and Terms.
