About the Job
We're looking for an
SAP Finance Application Specialist
to join our SAP FI/CO support team in Mexico City.
You'll report to the Delivery Manager within the IM – AMS Finance department and work closely with solution architects, global controllers, and fellow application specialists.
If you enjoy solving problems, supporting key finance systems, and ensuring smooth operations across global processes, this role could be your next step.
In your future role as
SAP Finance Application Specialist
, you will:
Support incident and change management for SAP Finance applications (ServiceNow)
Deliver solutions aligned with our global template design and architecture
Be a trusted advisor to global controllers, supporting finance processes and compliance
Drive SAP FI/CO projects and integrations with other modules (SD, MM, etc.)
Ensure seamless system integrations with external platforms (with strong focus on SD)
Monitor background jobs to keep business operations running smoothly
Translate business needs into SAP solutions, manage changes, and follow through to resolution
Bring new ideas—support continuous improvement and stay on top of SAP trends
We believe you bring
Fluent English
(spoken and written) – required
Bachelor's degree




in Computer Science, Business, Informatics, MIS, or a related field
5+ years of SAP FICO support
experience (handling tickets, solving issues, managing incidents)
Experience resolving support tickets in a
global / international environment
Knowledge of:
SAP Finance integrations
with SD, MM, and other modules – required
Vertex
(tax/taxation tool)
Controlling, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems
P2P processes
– nice to have
Experience providing
1st line support using ServiceNow
Good to know:
This is a permanent, full-time, fully on-site role
You'll report to the IM Delivery Manager, who's based in the Netherlands
