Total Rewards Intern – Solar Turbotec
The Total Rewards Intern at Solar Turbotec will be assigned to a Total Rewards Manager, who will serve as mentor and provide guidance throughout the internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting and participating in a variety of Total Rewards activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and communication of Caterpillar's "Values in Action" policy




Assist with administration and updates of the Insurance App
Provide support for employee benefits and inquiries
Coordinate new hire insurance meetings and related onboarding activities
Participate in Total Rewards (TR) projects and initiatives
Maintain and update insurance records and documentation on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
English proficiency (preferred)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
