Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia de los equipos y Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en equipos de bonding, asegurando la continuidad operativa de las líneas de producción, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia establecidos por la organización.
Es su responsabilidad garantizar, monitorear que sus equipos cumplen con los requerimientos de IATF y los procesos definidos. Y mantener los mismos y mantenerlos.
Actividades
Ejecutar mantenimiento
preventivo, correctivo y autónomo
en equipos de bonding.
Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en:
Sistemas de aplicación de adhesivos (dosificadores)
Robots
Sistemas neumáticos, eléctricos e hidráulicos
Atender fallas en línea asegurando
tiempos de respuesta rápidos (MTTR)
.
Realizar ajustes, calibraciones y set up de equipos.
Ejecutar inspecciones periódicas conforme al plan de mantenimiento.
Registrar actividades en sistemas (SAP, bitácoras, formatos internos).
Apoyar en análisis de falla (RCA, 5 Why).
Cumplir con estándares de calidad (IATF *****) y requerimientos del cliente.
Aplicar normas de seguridad:
LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)




Uso de EPP
Mantener orden y limpieza en área de trabajo (5S).
Apoyar en arranques de línea y cambios de modelo.
