About the Position:
We are looking for a Injection Molding & Coating Coordinator to join the HR-Lighting team, reporting directly to the MFE Preproduction Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez.
As the Injection Molding & Coating Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
Optimize
injection molding processes
Control and adjust
coating / painting / finishing processes
Troubleshoot process and surface quality issuesProvide
production floor support
(hands-on)Support
new product launches (NPI)
Collaborate with
quality, manufacturing, and maintenance teams
What Qualifications you will bring:
Experience in
injection molding processes
Experience in
coating / painting / surface finishing
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
Background in
automotive industry
(preferred)




Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
