We are looking for a SaaS Solutions Architect to technically lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that align with business goals. This role requires translating complex business requirements into structured, efficient architecture, while collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical people. The Solutions Architect will leverage their expertise in custom development, platform extensibility, and integrations to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of
custom SaaS-based solution
tailored to meet client business objectives.
Define
technical requirements
and
solution architecture
through discovery sessions and design workshops.
Develop and deploy
custom integrations
, APIs, and automation using languages like .Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, or Ruby and Rails.
Act as the
technical lead
on client engagements, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and feasibility.
Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams
and act as the
SaaS platform subject matter expert
.
Engage in direct communication with
enterprise clients
, providing consultative guidance on technical solutions.
Contribute to the overall
architecture design
by understanding
integration patterns
,




data flows
, and performance-driven design.
Qualifications
+8 years
of experience in
technical consulting
,
solutions architecture
, or
enterprise integration
roles.
Hands-on experience working with
SaaS/IPaaS
applications
, APIs,
and
custom software development.
Working experience with two or more programming languages (.Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby and Rails).
Deep expertise in system design (Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure),
APIs
,
security architecture
, and
infrastructure
.
Proven background in
systems architecture
and designing scalable, extensible solutions across multiple business systems.
Demonstrated success working directly with
enterprise clients
in a
customer-facing
, consultative role.
Strong understanding of
integration patterns
,
data flows
, and performance-focused
architecture design
.
Knowledge of data integration and experience integrating SaaS applications with different business systems (ETL, CRM, business analytics, reporting, etc.).
Ability to
translate business requirements
into technical blueprints and make sound decisions on tech stack, scalability, and trade-offs.
Project & Engagement Management Skills
(Planning, Discovery & Requirements, Presentation, Conflict & Escalation, Negotiation, Active Listening & Empathy).
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects.
Proven
ability to drive projects from concept through completion
