Job Summary
Supervises and ensures quality control across welding processes, guaranteeing compliance with standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures. Responsible for weld inspection activities, documentation, and leading quality personnel involved in manual and robotic welding operations.
What the candidate will do:
Implementing quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products.
Leading the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets.
Addressing trends with internal and external non-conformance.
Managing multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met.
Reviewing reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues
Ensure welders maintain updated qualifications and comply with process requirements
Coordinate daily activities of quality inspectors and NDT technicians
Education requirement:
Bachelor's degree in industrial
Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Related Careers
Intermediate English Conversational
What skills the ideal candidate will have:
Quality Management:
Ability to
Skilled in quality tools, data analysis, use of measuring instruments, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office,



and at least one year in quality or similar positions.
Knowledges for
Utilizes quality indicators relevant to own unit or function.
Ability to
Use quality evaluation tools and techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections.
Knowledge
of
Works with quality assurance methods, tools and techniques.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
Ability for
Investigate a broad range of problems, determines causes, and finds resolutions.
Ability to
Develops corrective action based on RC

A results.
Problem Solving

Knowledges for
Evaluate past decisions for insights to improve decision-making process.
Ability to

Schedule: Monday to Saturday with availability for rotating shifts.

<10% of working time will be domestic & international travel.
