Project Objective
This position supports global financial reporting under IFRS and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the Company to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
Challenges for the Students
Managing accuracy associated with quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles, including SEC filings such as Form 20-F and Form 6-K.
Addressing technical accounting and disclosure matters under IFRS.
Coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
Participate in the preparation and review of the Company's consolidated annual financial statements under IFRS and any interim period as required.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, controls and external reporting requirements.
Support the preparation and coordination of SEC filings, BMV, and other regulatory submissions.
Collaborate in the analysis and validation of accounting estimates and matters.
Support implementation and monitoring of new IFRS standards.
Contribute to tool improvements and automation initiatives within the global reporting process.
Specific Requirements / Qualifications
Technical Skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, and internal financial data analysis tools.
Experience with financial reporting or consolidation systems is desirable.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail. Effective communication and storytelling skills to clearly explain financial information, along with a collaborative mindset and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop technical expertise.
