Requirements:
Current Student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineer, Finance, or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup ́s, pivots tables, sorting data, macros)
Microsoft Office in general
80% English level
Power automate
Share point management
MS Forms
Power Apps
AI tools preferable (Copilot, Prompts)
Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
RFC (Mandatory).
Good communication skills (verbal, written)

Your role:
Workday Integration monitoring
Send integration results to users
Workday, PNET and T&A; User support
Execution of mass load processes in Workday
Update Shrepoints
Develop/update application instructions
Facilitate meetings with Users
HRIS Metrics management
Interaction with providers (Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, T&A;)
Update Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power automate, Macros)




Support to the following areas of Total Rewards:
Benefits management
Savings Fund
Retirement (Pension Plan)
Compensation management
Your Background:
Advanced English
Microsoft Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, Microsoft Excel Macros )
Power Automate
Power BI
Student Business Administration , computer systems or a related field.
