Position Summary
Manage Supplier ́s Quality performance, components validation and Supplier ́s claims following corrective actions 8D reports to protect ZF production Line and Final Customer.
Responsibilities
Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.
Supplier ́s claim management by using 8D methodology.
Quality performance evaluation of suppliers.
Manage SAP for quality inspections views for components reception.
Coordinate supplier ́s meeting to analyze components issues reported.
Interface with logistic team to block rejected material in SAP.
Coordinate sorting activities related to components issues from suppliers.
Apply Charge backs to suppliers who are responsible of quality issues.
Components Warranty analysis required to suppliers.
Quality Management System forms and directives update.
Qualifications
Engineering career
English level 80% mínimum
Core tools knowledge
Problem Solving Methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa)
IATF knowledge
Experience in supplier ́s management
