El rol
Serás responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de la flota vehicular de última milla, gestionando de manera eficiente los servicios de mantenimiento y los dispositivos de seguridad, siempre buscando el mejor balance entre costo y nivel de servicio.
En IC, encontrarás un espacio donde tu trabajo impacta directamente en la operación del negocio, contribuyendo a construir un mejor negocio y un mundo mejor.
De qué serás responsable
Planear y ejecutar servicios de mantenimiento
preventivo, correctivo y predictivo
.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de
KPIs de disponibilidad y nivel de servicio
.
Recibir, priorizar y gestionar solicitudes provenientes de la fuerza de ventas.




Coordinar y canalizar servicios con proveedores adecuados.
Dar seguimiento puntual a
reparaciones y tiempos de respuesta
.
Validar soportes de servicios y refacciones.
Gestionar el
proceso de pago a proveedores
.
Evaluar el desempeño de proveedores actuales y buscar nuevas opciones.
Controlar y optimizar el
presupuesto de mantenimiento
.
Analizar información operativa para identificar
oportunidades de mejora y ahorro
.
Lo que estamos buscando
Conocimiento en
mantenimiento de flotas de última milla
.
Experiencia en trato con
proveedores de mantenimiento, telemetría y arrendadoras
.
Habilidad para la
conciliación y control de gastos
.
Capacidad de análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basada en información
Deseable:
Manejo de bases de datos en
Excel
y Creación de
dashboards en Excel y/o Power BI
)

Habilidades clave:
Pensamiento analítico (identificación de pérdidas y mejoras), Evaluación y ranking de proveedores, Organización y seguimiento, Comunicación efectiva con clientes internos y externos, Sentido de urgencia.
