Your position
As a
Talent Acquisition
you will report directly to the
Head of People & Culture Mexico
and
play an integral role in the team. You will:
General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance.
Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
Mobility (strategy and design, relocation services domestic and international and immigration services).
Staffing and recruiting.
Number of job openings.
Your profile
Experience with competency-based interviewing techniques.
Managing the volume of job openings.
Knowledge of the Intermediate Office Suite.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with databases.
Recruitment experience ranging from manufacturing to executive levels.
Psychometric tests.
Education and Professional Background:
Bachelor's degree
in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Relevant experience 2 to 5 years.
Technical and Core Competencies
Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Experience with the Success Factors system.
