About the Job:
Join us as an
RTR Specialist I
, supporting general Finance operations and core Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.
You'll work on key accounting processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while helping ensure financial accuracy and compliance with global standards.
Full English fluency required

In your future role as RTR Specialist I, you will:
Execute core RTR accounting activities
Post manual and recurring journal entries
Process salary uploads and support
payroll accounting
, including
US & Canada benefits
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Support month-end close activities, including accruals, revaluations, and other closing tasks
Prepare reports and perform
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Review
BS and P&L;
results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
Clear suspense and balance sheet accounts based on company policies
Coordinate financial audits and support statutory reporting when needed
Collaborate with controlling, reporting, customer service, sales, and other stakeholders
Support process improvements and standardization initiatives




Ensure all accounting activities comply with
IFRS
, internal controls, and corporate guidelines
Manage deadlines and take ownership of deliverables, especially during month-end close
We believe you bring
Educational background in
Accounting or Finance preferred
3–5+ years
of experience in accounting, AP, AR, Cash, or similar finance roles
Experience with
ERP systems
(
SAP preferred
)
Experience with
ADP
is a plus
Strong
Excel
and Microsoft Office skill
Fluent English
(spoken and written)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
Team-player attitude and collaborative approach
Availability to work onsite
Monday–Friday in Insurgentes Sur
