R2R Intercompany Supervisor
.
In this role you will be responsible for
ensuring accurate and timely month-end close activities, managing a team, resolving complex intercompany issues, and supporting the integrity of financial results through effective coordination with integral stakeholders.

:
Lead
and
oversee
intercompany
accounting
operations
,
ensuring
timely
reconciliations,
balance
settlements,
and
accurate
recording
of
intercompany
transactions
across
multiple
entities.
Review
and
approve
intercompany
reconciliations
,
identifying,
investigating,
and
resolving
discrepancies
to
maintain
accurate
financial
records
and
reporting.
Manage
month-end
close
activities
related
to
intercompany
accounting
,
ensuring
deadlines
are
met
and
transactions
are
properly
reconciled
and
reported.
Monitor
and
coordinate
intercompany
balance
settlements
,
ensuring
outstanding
balances
are
cleared
efficiently
and
in
accordance
with
company
policies
and
accounting
standards.
Provide
leadership,
guidance,
and
support
to
the
intercompany
team
,
driving
process
improvements,
maintaining
internal
controls,
and
ensuring
the
accuracy
and
integrity
of
financial
reporting.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's
degree
in
Accounting,
Finance,
Business
Administration,
or
a
related
field
,
with
a
strong
foundation
in
financial
and
accounting
principles.
Minimum
of
6
years
of
experience
in




intercompany
accounting
,
including
account
reconciliations,
balance
settlements,
AP/AR,
month-end
close,
financial
reporting,
and
team
leadership.
Strong
knowledge
of
accounting
standards
(IFRS
and/or
US
GAAP)
and
their
application
to
intercompany
transactions
and
financial
reporting.
Advanced
proficiency
in
ERP
systems
and
financial
management
tools
,
with
experience
in
OneStream
and
BlackLine
preferred,
as
well
as
strong
Excel
and
financial
analysis
skills.
Excellent
leadership,
stakeholder
management,
problem-solving,
and
communication
skills
,
with
the
ability
to
resolve
complex
intercompany
discrepancies,
drive
process
improvements,
and
collaborate
across
multiple
entities
and
functions.
