Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine General is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges We're Looking For:



5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred English/Spanish bilingual skills required RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
