Amazon Music is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to execute partnership growth strategies.
This role will own the end-to-end partnership marketing lifecycle — from planning through execution — working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music.

Results Oriented manage performance reporting for partners and share market intelligence with stakeholders and teammates • Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, BI/Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for partners • Identify and suggest process improvements to drive operational efficiency of the team and maximize impact • Function at a global level, sharing best practices and scaling programs or campaigns that benefit multiple regions • Experiment with new approaches to drive partnership success and raise the bar on growth marketing innovation BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment - Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently - Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or partnership marketing across industries such as music, entertainment, media, mobile, telecommunications, retail, or financial services PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably within Podcasts or Music - Experience in integral and/or centralized partnership or growth marketing teams - Experience creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale - Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
