Our client, a general clothing manufacture retailer located in the U.S. is seeking 2 Project Managers in Mexico for an initial 6-month remote contract but is highly expected to extend depending on performance.Must be able to read and write in English - Resumes must also be in EnglishMust be willing to work ET core business hours (40 hours per week).
Some of the Responsibilities:Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage project roadmap, facilitate project planning, run brainstorming sessions, prioritize projects and featuresPartner with stakeholders to develop workflow, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures and instructional training materials required for the evaluation and adoption of new processes and technologiesAbility to take large,



complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver in a successful and timely mannerProvide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your projects through entire lifecycle including: ideation, pilot, prototype and operationalization.Build effective partnerships with the developers, architects, quality, data Analysts and product managers.Travel on occasion to their HQ.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related experience required5+ years of Retail and project management experienceSterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environmentUnderstanding of microservice architectures at a very high levelAgile experienceFulfillment experienceShipping Methods and LogisticsInnovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinkingExperience working with the below is a strong advantage over other candidates:Rithum (marketplace/dropship integrator)Shipium (parcel management solution)Working in Pittsburgh, PA is highly desirable
