We're looking for a Payments & Risk Operations Manager to lead our deposits, withdrawals, and risk-control functions from our Monterrey office, and to build the team and processes that keep our players' transactions fast, accurate, and safe.Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow the Payments & Risk team (payments, withdrawals, and fraud/KYC specialists)Design and oversee deposit, withdrawal, and risk-control processesPartner with Finance, Compliance,



and Technology to manage payment providers and reduce fraud exposureTrack KPIs (processing times, chargebacks, fraud rate) and report to senior managementEnsure operations follow internal policy and applicable financial regulations in MexicoRequirements:4+ years of experience in payments operations, fintech, e-commerce, or online gamingPrevious experience leading a teamStrong analytical skills; comfortable working with risk and fraud dataAvailable to work on-site in MonterreyBilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)Nice to Have:Previous experience in the casino, gaming, or sports betting industry is a plus, though not required
