Propósito del Rol
Administrar las actividades de Seguridad industrial, patrimonial, de conservación de la salud y Medio Ambiente, con la finalidad de prevenir accidentes y lesiones, disminuyendo los posibles riesgos de trabajo y condiciones inseguras en los centros operativos del personal IC Ventas, así como evitar pérdidas que repercutan en la rentabilidad del negocio, así como promover el compromiso con la seguridad a través de actividades de prevención con el personal de la fuerza de ventas de IC, validando el 80 % del tiempo en ruta y/o agencias a nivel nacional.
Responsabilidades clave
Verificar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación Nacional en materia de seguridad y Normas Internas, en los centros de trabajo del personal de DSD.
Dar seguimiento de los Framework Standard en materia de Seguridad para la operación de DSD.
Establecer los lineamientos para la operación DSD de los controles para los riesgos en maquinaria,



herramienta e instalaciones para asegurar que ésta se realice de manera segura y apropiada, de acuerdo con los requerimientos establecidos en las normas oficiales mexicanas.
Investigar, analizar y proponer alternativas de mejoras que permitan disminuir la probabilidad de riesgos debido a las actividades y operaciones del personal de DSD.
Establecer los lineamientos para asegurar el monitoreo continuo de los indicadores de seguridad para dar cumplimiento a la normatividad en seguridad.
Recomendar acciones de control y seguridad en el diseño, ejecución y operación de los proyectos de seguridad y planes de trabajo en Agencias y rutas de DSD.
Verificar periódicamente los procedimientos de trabajo para evitar que se presenten incumplimientos y no conformidades, para detectar y corregir, riesgos potenciales o cambio de condiciones (estándares).
Realizar un programa para la concientización y cero tolerancias los actos y condiciones inseguras.
Investigación de accidentes
Impartir cursos varios de capacitación con enfoque en el cumplimiento a procedimientos de seguridad, estándares internos y cumplimiento legal en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Validación de los puntos anteriores el 90% del tiempo en ruta y/o agencias

Experiencia mínima de 2 año en el área de SSHE
Conocimiento de la legislación en materia de STPS, PC, Medio Ambiente.
Deseable experiencia SSHE en GTM
Gestión y participación como brigadista
Experiencia en identificación de causa raíz
Inglés intermedio
Manejo de paquetería




Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión SSHE
