About the Role

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be an individual contributor in a platform-level role. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the team's products on hybrid architectures, while also mentoring and coaching less experienced software engineers and defining the future technical direction of our current systems.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage the development lifecycle of the products and ecosystem delivered by the team.
- Define coding standards and actively enforce their correct adoption across the team
- Develop architectural designs at the L0, L1, and L2 levels.
- Communicate solution details clearly to the rest of the team and guide engineers toward correct implementations.
- Identify and build efficient paths to automate workflows, testing pipelines, and incident response.
- Plan and design the migration of legacy systems to the cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
