HR Recruiter

Contract: 6-Month Temporary Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Model: Remote, with availability to attend the office as required for onboarding and offboarding activities

About the Role

In MX CCS we are looking for a Bilingual HR Recruiter to join our Mexico HR team on a 6-month temporary contract and support our hiring needs during peak season.

The primary focus of this position will be high-volume Customer Service recruitment, while also providing support with hiring documentation and general HR administrative and back-office activities.

The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Customer Service and other assigned positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and English proficiency.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support high-volume and seasonal hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment records.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, and open positions.
- Assist with hiring documentation, employee files, and pre-employment requirements.
- Support the preparation and collection of HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including attending the office when required.
- Provide administrative support for general HR back-office activities.
- Support the HR team with employee documentation, records, and other assigned administrative tasks.




- Ensure a professional and positive candidate and employee experience throughout HR processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably recruiting Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO positions.
- Previous experience recruiting Customer Service Representatives.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with employee and hiring documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and Hiring Managers in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and online recruiting platforms.
- Availability to attend the Mexico office for onboarding, offboarding, and other HR activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with high-volume or seasonal hiring.
- Experience using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
- Previous experience supporting HR administrative or back-office processes.
- Experience working in a remote or multi-brand environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline tracking.
