Mandatory Requirements:

- Full professional proficiency in English no exceptions.

- Completed bachelors degree and degree certificate no exceptions.

- Experience leading large teams, including Managers and Team Leads.

- Experience in technical or industrial operations, engineering, specialized services, or data-driven environments.

- Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality, productivity, and operational results.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
