We are hiring Accounts Payable & Tax Analyst Candidates must be based in Queretaro 5 days Working Reporting to Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice review, validation, registration, and payment follow-up. Prepare and monitor payments to suppliers.

Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and tax requirements. Support the preparation and filing of tax obligations.



Assist with monthly tax calculations and reconciliations. Perform bank and accounting reconciliations. Maintain accurate and updated accounting records. Support the preparation of information required for internal and external audits. Follow up on tax and accounting documentation with suppliers and internal departments.

Monitor compliance with Mexican tax regulations and identify potential discrepancies. Prepare reports and provide financial information as required by management. Support other accounting activities and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, and/or tax activities. Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and accounting practices. Experience reviewing invoices and tax documentation. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP R/3) Analytical and detail-oriented approach. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
