Responsibilities

Review overdue and upcoming invoices with our clients and encourage payment. Ensure that all necessary and accurate receipts and documentation are available for payment reconciliation and to prevent rejections. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing concerns and discussing payment plans. Provide customer service. Generate weekly collection reports and ensure timely delivery to the relevant department.

Job Requirements

Advance English is a must. Excellent attitude!!! Knowledge of Microsoft office. Detailed oriented/accuracy focused.
