Apply today! ?✨What you will be doing:- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. ?- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. ?- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. ?- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. ?- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. ?- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. ?- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. ?RequirementsOur adecuado candidate:- Holds a bachelor’s degree. ?- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
