Scope of Work - Social Media Community Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Community Manager with extensive experience in joining our dynamic team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for implementing social media strategies, engaging and fostering positive interactions with our audience, moderating content, and collaborating with other teams to optimize our campaigns and achieve brand objectives. What You’ll Do

- Adhere to strategic directives and implement specific lead acquisition tactics. Publish and moderate content across multiple platforms; executing daily operational tasks and overseeing automated processes to streamline operations.
- Actively engage directly with the community and implement best practices to ensure a positive experience aligned with strategic goals.
- Perform basic analysis of key metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to integrate strategies and maximize impact.
- Manage all platforms such as Facebook,



Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube operationally; ensure campaign optimization and lead acquisition on these platforms.

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
- Advanced expertise across various social media platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service mindset to effectively respond to community inquiries

Nice-to-Haves

- Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a bonus.
- Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills.
- Experience creating educational visuals.
- Understand multilingual design considerations.

Job Type – Full Time

Schedule - Sunday- Thursday, 8-hour shift;

Pay: MXN$18,000.00 per/month
