POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Management Analyst will support the Project Management team by ensuring smooth operational execution of projects through ticket management, data analysis, and proactive follow-up. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and experience in Network Operations or Order Management environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, manage, and troubleshoot project-related tickets in the designated systems, ensuring timely milestone completion.
Maintain and update relevant Monday.com boards for project tracking.
Monitor project status updates, follow-up with stakeholders on delayed items and escalate issues to the Project Manager or Project Director as needed.
Partner with internal Choice teams to foster cross-departmental coordination.
Perform inventory analysis for projects using Excel or Power BI.




Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track project performance, resource utilization, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to review productivity-related processes and identify areas for increased efficiency and optimization.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
~ Bachelor's Degree required.
~3+ years of operational support experience or a related function.
~ Project Management Experience is preferred.
~ Experienced with Monday.com is a plus.
~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
~ Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
~ Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
